Meet the Staff

Karston grew up in a Military family, so she lived in multiple states before settling down in Florida. Karston attended Atlantic Coast High School and recently graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor's in health science. She is currently in her master's at University of North Florida, studying Public Health. Karston started off at First Coast Chiropractic with an internship and is now full time working.

Outside of work, Karston's hobbies include traveling, baking, cooking, and she loves watching movies.

Megan is the friendly face you see greeting you for your appointment! She ensures smooth workflow of the clinic and with her communication skills, you will receive top-notch patient care! 

Ms. Miller loves to ski and go to the beach! She is originally from Tampa, Florida and is currently a senior at the University of North Florida studying Business Management. 

Here at FCC Megan assists patients with checking in and out, scheduling and answering phone calls. She strives to make sure office duties are in order for success. 

Samantha grew up in Florida and graduated from Ridgeview High School in 2003. She went to Heritage Institute to become a massage therapist in 2010. She believes being a massage therapist has been very rewarding and she loves getting to see the progress our patients make and to hear how much better they feel. 

Sam specializes in Veteran Affairs patients and working with them to find a better quality of life. She performs deep tissue, sports, hot stone massage, cupping, and trigger point therapy. 

When Samantha isn't working, she spends time with her family. They enjoy board games, hiking, and going out in their kayaks. 

Haleigh is from Tampa, FL and moved here to Jacksonville a few years back to continue here education at the University of North Florida. There she is studying Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. 

In her spare time, she likes to take her dog on long hikes and to the beach! 

At FCC, Haleigh assists Dr. Allen by performing exams and Ultrasound/EMSU therapies on patients. She also runs the Facebook and Instagram so make sure to go give a follow!

Tina is a massage therapist here at FCC specializing in Swedish massage, cupping, myofascial release, lymph damage, prenatal and post-partum massage, reflexology techniques, hot stone massage, craniosacral, and chair massage.

She previously owned Tina's Turning Leaf Massage in Pennsylvania. Tina did chair massage as a volunteer for Pink Hands of Hope Cancer Outreach and Snyders United Methodist Church, as well as Bread of Life Outreach in Pennsylvania.
