Dr. Jennifer Allen is a long time Jacksonville native. She attended high school at Fletcher Sr. High in Jacksonville Beach and got her first undergraduate bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida. Prior to attending chiropractic college, Dr. Allen was an officer in a larger Fortune 500 local mortgage company. At the encouragement of her brother, Dr. Finger, she changed her career path and attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. While there, she earned another bachelor's degree in Human Biology and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. She was recognized several times as an honor student and was an active member of her class.
Dr. Allen practiced in Oklahoma immediately upon graduation. Later, circumstances brought her back to her hometown and she opened the second First Coast Chiropractic clinic in St. Augustine. She has been practicing in St. Augustine since 2007 and loves being back in Florida.
Dr. Allen is married to Kyle and has two beautiful daughters, Hailey and Whitney. She has been a member of the Florida Chiropractic Physicians Association, the Northeast Florida Chiropractic Society and local networking groups. Dr. Allen is a 1st degree black belt in taekwondo, an avid reader and enjoys being a softball and dance Mom. Dr. Allen has always had an interest in whole body wellness, and this faciltated the name change to First Coast Chiropractic and Body Wellness Center to help better reflect that focus. Dr.Adriana Posada,D.O.M., LAp.Acupuncurist
Dr. Posada received her Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and Bachelors in Health Science from Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine in 2014. She says the most satisfying part of her job is to see her pateients do well and help them succeed in their path to wellness. She is a wife and a mother of two children. The love and support from her family are her daily fuel. She loves baking, nature and reading Chinese Medicine Books.
Dr. Kevin O’Donnell is a native Floridian born and raised in West Palm Beach. Later on he moved to Pensacola where he completed his high school years. In 2003 he joined the U.S. Army and spent the next 8 years serving as a medical laboratory technician. Through the military, he obtained his associates degree in clinical laboratory science from the George Washington University. Following his military experience in 2012, Dr. O’Donnell continued his education at the University of North Florida and obtained his bachelor’s degree in biology with honors.
After receiving chiropractic care and seeing the results achieved in his personal health Dr. O’Donnell decided to matriculate into Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. He graduated magna cum laude and was awarded the academic excellence award. He is board certified through the NBCE and remains an active member of the FCA, CPAA, and FCPA.
Dr. O’Donnell currently resides in Jacksonville near his family where he enjoys riding bikes with his nephew, training for triathlons, and going to the beach. He continues to be fascinated by the profound effect that chiropractic, nutrition, and exercise has on the human body. He looks forward to meeting new people and developing meaningful relationships in the St. Augustine area.
