Meet the Staff

Phyllis has been working with Dr. Allen since 2019. She manages scheduling and checking out the patients. She loves working with people and will help you have the best possible experience - from the time you first walk in the door, to each time you make an appointment with us. 

When Phyllis is not working she spends time with her husband, Mark and two kids, Sarah and Jake. 

Tina was born and raised in St. Augustine, FL. She attended St. Augustine High School and went to St. John's River State College. In the office, Tina handles all of the billing, and verifies all of your insurance benefits. 

In her spare time, Tina loves to be outside hiking, swimming, hunting, and fishing!

Tina gets adjusted frequently and believes it has changes her life! 

Karston grew up in a Military family, so she lived in multiple states before settling down in Florida. Karston graduated from Atlantic Coast High School and is currently a sophomore at University of North Florida, studying Health Science. Karston started off at First Coast Chiropractic with an internship and is now full time working as the chiropractic assistant and front desk assistant. 

Outside of work, Karston's hobbies include baking, cooking, and she loves watching movies.

Samantha grew up in Florida and graduated from Ridgeview High School in 2003. She went to Heritage Institute to become a massage therapist in 2010. Since then, Samantha has worked full-time for the past 10 years. She believes being a massage therapist has been very rewarding and she loves getting to see the progress our patients make and to hear how much better they feel. 

When Samantha isn't working, she spends time with her family. They enjoy board games, hiking, and going out in their kayaks.
